1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the dbt22 website at dbt22.club and all services, games, promotions and features available through the platform. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you, the registered user ("Player"), and dbt22 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the dbt22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every clause of this Agreement in its entirety.

To register and maintain a dbt22 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to maintain eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dbt22 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 in all circumstances.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. One account only: Each Player may register and maintain only one account on dbt22. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
5. No active self-exclusion: You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services or been subject to a mandatory exclusion order at any point during platform use.

4. Account Registration and Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. dbt22 treats any activity conducted through a Player's login session as having been authorised by that Player.

1. Bonuses are available only to Players who have fully completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
2. All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. dbt22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured under the original terms of that offer.
4. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
5. Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms and expire at the end of the validity period stated in those terms.

3. Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund a dbt22 account (money laundering).
4. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform.
5. Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension or self-exclusion.
6. Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity or age during the KYC process.

In no event shall dbt22's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dbt22 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

dbt22 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. The revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Where a revision materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, dbt22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players in advance. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with dbt22 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law. Players are encouraged to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting dbt22 support with a clear description of the issue.
